Can't buy the filters to buy for hot tub. Getting run around. So of I can't buy right filters for hot tub I'm sending it back. Very unhappy. Should have bought a Coleman.

We realized after purchase that heat & bubbles don't run at same time. This info was buried in fine print. So we returned back BUT WAIT, you don't take to Amazon authorize return place but have to ship back on your own costing $218. We sent it back via USPS with tracking and after 16 days of confirmed receipt by seller still no refund.DO NOT BUY.

Worked great for the first 4 weeks. Now the heater will not warm up past 98 degrees! Just past the return policy for Amazon so I’m calling the company to see what can be done. I hope they stand behind their product. Think I just wasted $450 on junk. Not very happy. I should have gotten an Intex hot tub.

Nice tub. Had it set up for less than 30 days. Had to drain it 3 times in these 30 days to patch holes that just keep appearing out of no where.

The other reviews are accurate, ours doesn’t heat up past 94 unless it’s very warm outside.However- we are going to try and insulate it better handy man style to see how that helps.I do like the size, the depth and the bubbles are pretty great for $600.Would prefer if the lid wasn’t just a fabric cover and was a foam top.

We purchased this hot tub knowing that at $600.00 it was not going to be at all like a $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 hot tub, however we set it up and it heated up nicely (16 hours) and bubbles never did work. We did follow the instructions, advising bubbles will not work if heater is on. It was set up for 2 weeks and we used it every day. Day 15 went to use and when got into it, the water was very cool on the bottom, temperature said 101*, turned on the heater and within a couple of minutes HL alarm (Indicates too high of a temperature) flashed. We followed the instructions on this alarm code to no avail. Unplugged it from the outlet for ten minutes again no working pump or heater. Unplugged and leftover night and again plugged in and again no power at all. I am in the process of getting it returned. Don't buy. Spend the money on a real hot tub.

Cost of filters is much more than our past tubs. Heater isn’t as strong as Saluspa. It cools off at night in Canada and the tub temp drops 4 degrees and with a 1 degree an hour recovery it limits your access to the tub. I do like the 110 jets as the bubbling effect is very nice. Overall I would give it a 3 1/2 but the rating system doesn’t allow halves.
