I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Right out of the box, assembly was a breeze—I only had to install the front wheel, and the whole process took me just 30 minutes. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included, making setup hassle-free.One thing I love about this bike is its lightweight design. It’s sturdy but not too heavy, making it easy to maneuver. The boost pedal mode is a game-changer—it provides just the right amount of power to make riding effortless. Whether I’m commuting or going for a casual ride, it helps me glide along with minimal effort. The white color looks sleek and modern, giving it a stylish touch. The ride itself is smooth, and the battery lasts long enough for my daily needs.Overall, this e-bike is a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use electric bike.

Compared to a regular non-electric bike, this has made getting to work MUCH easier.I ride 8mi total (4 there, 4 back) and the battery drops from 100% to 80% using PEDAL ASSIST and THROTTLE. It dropped to 60% when I mostly used throttle. This makes getting uphill possible without breaking a sweat. It has improved my quality of life a lot, being able to get to work FASTER, and less exhausted, while still being able to exercise like a normal bike. I’ve been charging it to full after I get home and let the bike sit for a little while.I have never built a bike, and it was VERY EASY as long as you follow the directions. BUT…….The breaks on both wheels were too tight and I had to fidget with them for a couple hours to get them to stop making a grinding noise. IDK if there is an easy way of fixing that, it took me a while of straight tightening and loosening the breaks.^and im pretty sure I made the breaks a little less powerful by fidgeting with it with no knowledge of how to do it the correct way, but the bike makes no noise, and breaks still work perfectly.—-> look up a YouTube video on how to stop breaks from making noise. There’s a way by loosening the breaks, PRESSING your breaks, then tightening them. That fixed it immediately, just look at multiple videos and try to find someone show that specific way.The little light reflectors on both wheels came loose, I knocked both out of place when building the bike. I just pushed them back into place and they haven’t moved while riding.I’m only putting that in the review to try and let people know that it’s NOT BROKEN, it scared me at first but I have had absolutely 0 problems riding this bike so far.I’m beyond happy with how it’s been performing.——BIKE INSTEAD OF UBER! ——I was spending $15 on Uber rides 2 times a day, $600 to me is VERY WORTH THE PRICE if you are someone who takes Ubers to work or school and are looking to save money long-term.WARNING‼ï¸â€¼ï¸WEAR A HELMET, THIS THING IS FAST‼ï¸EDIT AFTER 1 MONTH:I love this bike. It’s made getting to work SO MUCH LESS OF A CHORE.GET SLIME FOR YOUR TIRES! I go over thorns frequently. I put slime in my tires and I no longer get flats.

I chose this bike because all (but one) of the reviews were 5 star. Those reviews were for the same basic model but in white with a 250W motor vs the 350W motor on this black model. In choosing this GoTrax model I also gave up a headlight (no intention to ever ride at night), fenders (also no intention to ride in rain or thru puddles) and a rear luggage rack (easily added if I find the need). The more powerful motor seemed worth those features. I also liked that the company is in Texas for support vs who-knows-where.Assembly was easy and the instructions very good. On other bike reviews I looked at, adjustments to brakes and chain derailleurs were necessary and sometimes frustrating. This bike worked properly "out of the box" and needed no adjustments whatsoever. The aluminum frame is solid with excellent welds and finish. The 'dashboard' (where the electric options are controlled) was broken when received and couldn't be clamped tightly to the handlebars. I contacted GoTrax via email with pictures and they agreed to send me a replacement at no charge. In the meantime, electrical tape is holding it tight and operation is really unaffected. I then received another email from the company that the part was out of stock at the Texas warehouse and sent me a free beverage holder (normally $20) because delay in the replacement part since it would be coming direct from China. I have received the beverage holder. The company seems to sincerely desire to keep customers happy. So far, the only 'less-than-perfect' thing is the user manual. As I said, assembly was easy with excellent instructions and pictures. Instructions on how to operate the bike weren't as clear. I'd never ridden an electric bike and it had been decades since I'd ridden any bike. I've learned how the "dashboard" buttons work from trial and error. Better instructions would've helped. For anyone that hasn't ever owned a bike with a derailleur, a few tips could also be easily included (i.e. shifting can only be done while the chain is in motion).Riding on roadways in our area is dangerous. I had planned to use bike trails in nearby state parks but then learned that electric bikes are NOT ALLOWED on Texas State Park bike trails. I visited our nearest park and the rangers there confirmed what I suspected might be true: remove the battery and the bike is allowed. Their concern is the potential speeds endangering other bikers on the trails. I've found some other places to ride without this restriction but since I bought this for exercise, I'll just get more exercise on the park trails. The battery on this bike is easily removable, unlike some of the other brands I considered. This was a benefit to me not only because of the park restrictions but also because I don't have power in the shed where the bikes are stored. It's so easy to remove the battery and charge it indoors. And most batteries don't like subfreezing temperatures so having them inside should be better for them if the temps go low.

The whole bike works great, no problems at all.
