It works without any issues, and the plastic on the bottom gives great control while grating. I’ve used it for Parmesan, lemon zest, and nutmeg, everything was done quickly and effortlessly. Definitely a handy kitchen tool.

Best lemon zester I’ve ever used. We kept the plastic sleeve it came in — putting it on so we don’t accidentally zest our knuckles as we search or other things. But that puppy is HARD to put on.

お値段はちょい高めに感じ、買うかどうか迷いましたが、買ってみて良かったです。オシャレなデザインで、キッチンに無造作に置いておいても、映えます。機能面では、パルミジャーノしか削ったことはありませんが、ふわふわに削れるので、料理がワンランクアップするような気がします。

生姜とニンニクをおろすのに使っていますが、簡単におろせる点はいいのですが、叩いても目に詰まったのがなかなか取れないので、もったいないのと洗うのがちょっと面倒なのがマイナスポイントです。でも、力を入れなくても軽くすりすりするだけですりおろしができるのは大変便利です。あと、保護カバーが付いているのですが、中々入り難いのもイライラポイントです。

ブロックのチーズ（パルミジャーノレッジャーノ）を削りました。軽い力で、するする削れ、削れたチーズもふんわりしており、ミートソーススパゲッティが非常においしくなりました。スーパーで売っている粉チーズとは異なり、風味も増し増し。買って正解でした。
