The order came in one day, as promised. The packaging was basic, but good. All parts were individually wrapped and the burners were bubble wrapped. The burners fit my older 4 burner Nexgrill perfectly. It would have been better, though, if the burners came with the small pins that hold the burners in position. The burner covers fit fine. The finish on the burners and burner covers is beautiful —highly polished, although this will not last long after a few uses in the grill. Time will tell how long these parts will last as I cannot tell the grade of stainless steel used. As others have mentioned, the screws that hold the igniters on the burner tube brackets are rusted solidly in place. I was not able to remove them without destroying the clips on the igniters. If your igniter module has clips that allow removal of the existing igniter cables, I recommend buying new igniters as well. They are only a few dollars more when bought with the burners and covers. In my case, the igniter module did not have removable igniter wires (existing wires embedded in epoxy), so I did not buy the igniters. I was not confident that the igniter wires could be spliced. I will fabricate clips to hold the igniters and screw those to the burner brackets.

These look great, fit perfectly, work as intended (and better than the old rusted ones), and are holding up so far. Unfortunately it misses coming with the mounting screws, which has been burnt out by prior use.

Exactly as promised and described. Easy installation. Removing old corroded parts can be a bit of a chore, but replacement parts are great.
