Everything is pretty much ready to go right out of the box. Great to get if you need to increase you hand and forearm strength. Lots of exercises to help you get to the strength you want to get to. Hand gripper goes up to 130lbs.

I am quite surprised at the quality of this product, particularly at this price point. Everything seems to be made of high-quality materials and works perfectly. I have only used two of the items so far, the grip trainer that looks like a garden sprayer with a large spring and the smaller device with seven smaller springs that fits in the palm of your hand. The minimum resistance with the grip trainer is 10 lbs, which at first I thought was too much as I could only pull the handle in about a third of the way. But, after a couple of weeks, I was pulling it in all the way for multiple reps. Definitely recommend...

Highly recommended. This set includes several hand strengthening pieces. Iรขโฌโขm using four of the five and I am quickly noticing improvement. They are of excellent quality and Iรขโฌโขm very pleased with this purchase.

Great product for grip strengthening5 pieces. Each piece works toward strengthening a different area of the hand. Durable, a variety of pieces.I have arthritis and this works great.
