Purchased this rug mat to put under a small flat weave rug. It works great! Rug stays in place does not move. I have bought many, many mats over the years and this one is the best one ever. Easily cuts to size. Would buy this again.

This is a great product! The photo does not do justice to the thickness, stickiness and durability of this rug pad. We threw out a wool rug due to stains and smells from our pet, so we replaced it with a washable rug and this rug pad the fits underneath the rug and protects are hardwood floor.

I bought this and decided it is pretty good as a non slip pad, but I ended up taping it to the back of the rugs with double sided super glue tape, which kept it in place under the rug better.

I love vintage rag and braided rugs but I never buy them because of the issue with slippage. I really wanted to add some quaintness to my newly remodeled bathroom and found this braided rug. However it was slipping all over the place. Studied reviews online for a non slip rug mat for true wood floors and this had great reviews. Now I know why...this rug isn't budging and inch. Love it!!! Had some scraps left after trimming and stuck them under another rug I had and even those few scraps are holding the other rug in place. Will purchase again in the future!! Recommend!!

I have 3 miniature schnauzers who, despite their advanced ages, are pretty active. They slip and slide on my hardwood floors. I put down wool rugs that just slid everywhere. These are the best non-slip backing I've found. Over a period of about a week, my rugs do need repositioned in the mat, but the mat never moves. I'm going to try cleaning them today, since all of the little dust and dirt particles like to stick to them too. Overall, they perform better than anything else I've tried. I'm even considering one for under my 8x10 that slides under my furniture and leaves lumps to be tripped over

We have tried several brands of that rubber mesh stuff, sticky Velcro, see on Velcro, stickers, felt nonslip pads, etc. Nothing stops the rugs from moving on tile. I have a dog with spinal issues who needs rugs every where for traction and a husband who doesn't pickup his feet and so he constantly trips on them or slips and moves them around. I can run and try to slide this one and it doesn't budge. Husband has even confirmed this is the one. This is the only one spend any money on. I will be buying more.

Purchased this to go under a washable area rug. I suggest letting it lay where you intend to use it for a few days to get the creases out. Also, let it stretch out for a few days before cutting it to size. I purchased the “Plus†because I wanted more cushion. Works way better than the old conventional area rug under mats. Keeps rug from sliding around and provides a nice extra cushion under foot.
