Easy to use and read. I have purchased a second one for my other guitar. I like them size as it fits the guitar well and causes no damage. It gives me an easy way to read the humidity level in the case. It also is easy to add water because of the dispenser that came with it. Well made, easy to read, highly recommend it to anyone wanting to protect their guitar. I have one for my Yairi 6 string and one for my Alvarez 12 string.

Use these to keep the humidity level high on my acoustic guitars. Living in the dry southwest keeping the humidity level up is important. Easy to fill and monitor the humidity level when the guitars are cased.

Well I have bought what seems is unavailable at the moment . It’s their other model that drops down in the center of the strings . I prefer those and came looking for them which lead me here . One failure of them was they would fit arched guitar cases so flat top cases would work with them as they stick up to high . Hopefully a redesign is what’s up but still can use them as most my cases are arched .Ok on to this unit which side points on the sound hole . It ‘s effective like the other and also has a draw back that is it can easily come off from the edge when moving the guitar around bumps and bangs in a case and bouncing around inside your guitar so keep an eye out for that . Otherwise I have no complaints .

The hygrometer is wildly inaccurate. It takes humidity extremes to move it at all. And once it does, it doesn't move enough and *never* corrects itself when it's returned to a moderate humidity. Worse than useless -- dangerously misleading. Don't use it!This is the second Guitto branded product I've bought and so far they're batting 0 for 2.So, for you money you're getting a plastic sponge holder. If that's all you need, maybe this will work for you.

I have to wonder whether the folks who say this is easy to use have used any of the other drop-in humidifiers like the GuitarNomad or the D’Addario. With those, you wet the “sponge†by removing it from its holder and soaking it in distilled water, maybe squeezing a tiny bit out, put it back in the holder and drop it in between the strings.This thing has a little bottle with a needle-like outlet that you fill with assumably 5 ml of (unspecified, but I use filtered or distilled) water, twice. Once in each fill hole. Why? Do the fill holes lead to different places? What if you forget which one you did first? What happens when the sponge gets funky, if you can’t open the holder to replace the sponge?I much prefer the ones that you just open up and resoak, as I described.Some have said that the hygrometer is not accurate. I have nothing to test it against but it said that my apartment was pretty dry at under 30%, so as long as it goes up from there, I’ll assume that it’s helping, and I don’t need a gauge in all the instruments if I have one that’s working. We shall see.Nice build, looks good and professional. I just think that the whole filling routine is a completely unnecessary pain in the neck.

Very functional and east to use humidifier. Only upgrade i can think of is to make it come apart for access to the sponge for maintenance and replacement of the sponge .

I like the ease of use and that you just place a bit of water in the device and put it in the song hold the guitar. The very large easy to dial will tell you if the humidity levels at the right setting or not.
