I have used this a couple times and I am very well pleased with how well this mop really works. I like the fact that I don’t have to use chemicals anymore. The steam cleans my floors really well. I am extremely pleased with this product and I got a really good deal when it was Amazon prime deal back in October. I know I’m gonna get a lot of use out of this this dual blast steam mop. I like the handy carrying bag that I can put all my accessories in. It came very well packaged. Thank you Amazon for great service, and fast delivery.

Product works as described. I’m not quite sure if it works with any cleaning solutions though. It does work well with only water, I cleaned the back of my upholstered sofa bed, and it works best, moving back-and-forth slowly, and as soon as the cloth gets dirty, you need to ring it out and then put it back on the steam head. And hard stains for the grout toes attachments that they give you do work so don’t push too hard lol

Technically, it does emmit steam that you think would clean. After fitting on the jet nozzle, I tried to use it on my stainless steel sink and it looks like it didn't even touch it. I made a couple of passes over my kitchen floor after I swept and it still feels sticky.Edit: I gave it an extra star for 3 total. The squeegee was worthless to me but I liked how it cleaned windows. I just use a microfiber cloth to buff it dry but it looked pretty nice after I used it. After a few uses the stickiness of the floors after use have gone away. The pad does get dirty enough to me to where I kind of feel like I should go over it again with a clean pad. I used the upholstery tool on my couch. The cloth that you use for the upholstery was dirty so it did clean. This does not work on my oven at all but I didn't buy it for that so I don't really care just thought I'd throw it in. It doesn't do that well of a job on my tub either but it does work well on my porcelain things like my sink and my toilet. Okay I'm done. Kind of a big edit. I should stop putting in reviews, from those emails, you get a couple days after you get a delivery, about reviewing your product.Another edit 🙄: After recently spilling cocoa powder in the area of the picture by my trash can there, I vacuumed up as much as I can but there was still a nice, big, noticeable stain from the cocoa powder. I tried to scrub the spot with a brush and some warm soapy water. It really did not touch it. I said what the hell and grabbed the steam mop with the carpet attachment. As you can see in the picture, it worked quite well. I had to give this another star. My only drawback now is that the hose attachment isn't long enough to where I can do walls.

East to use. Cleans the floors well, no streaks, steam quality is excellentI tried on the blinds, did a good job!Very happy with this steamer, cut my work down in half. I don't use floor products anymore. It really impressed me. Now, the cord can be a little lo ger. Other than that, good floor steamer

The H20 HD 5 IS A BIG FAT FAIL! I purchased this product 8/1/2022. Thane Direct the info-commercial company has deplorable customer service! My product is under warranty and is only 90 days old. It failed completely after only 90 days. Used this product only four times in 90 days and it just stopped working altogether. No more steam! No explanation from the company. No interest in resolving the issue. Emailed Customer Support for Warranty and Help Desk more than SIX Times!!! No willingness to resolve this matter. They also want you to pay for them to ship you a part. I was willing to pay the fee but they don't have a method to pay with a credit card if you don't use paypal. I asked them to ship it collect. They failed to respond or reply to my emails. NO phone number works. You call the 800 number listed on the Terms/Conditions and it fails to work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS DESIGNED TO FAIL WITHIN 90 DAYS. THANE APPARENTLY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND IS UNWILLING TO HONOR THE WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR! DO NOT BUY! H20 HD is a waste of money! DO NOT purchase unless wasting your money matters not!Also, Amazon sucks with their AI systems that use foreign call centers with no ability to transfer to the US. Amazon is too big to care and has moved so far away from Customer Service that it is a despicable enterprise. The hedge funds out there should design a company to compete and kill Amazon's business for all of its arrogance and unwillingness to serve the very customers that helped build its success.

I purchased this because I already had a steamer because I thought it would do what the other one couldn’t do. Actually the other one is better. I wouldn’t purchase this again. The product could be better. The handle is so flimsy it doesn’t make any sense when you pay that kind of money should be a little bit thicker and sturdier and Not made from cheaper aluminum that moves when you trying to move the brush or the steamer it doesn’t make any sense. It’s not I wouldn’t buy it again. The steam is great though the pads on it they need better pads and pads that can get down into the grout my other steamer. Do a better job.

This mop does an excellent cleaning job with little effort. Far better than doing the floor on my knees. Easy to use and fast. Bought one for my daughter-in-law who also loves it! And it cleans fabric and more. I am totally pleased with this product.

te instruction book takes awhile to read because it's full of tiny words lol but I love mine easy to use and doesn't weight alot
