With so many options, I tried this 1. Works very well, & I got it at a steal when I opted for the damaged box option. Not very heavy and retractable plug is great

Lots of steam, not heavy. Purchased for a theatre costume department and it is working out well. Cord length is good and like I said lots of steam!

The iron moves nicely across the fabric and the steam function works great too. My ironing time was shortened by a lot compared to the old iron. The cord has a stow away compartment in the iron which is great for storage but very frustrating while using the iron because it drags on the fabrics and pulls them and wrinkles them (the irony ) unless you hold the cord up with your other hand. Also the cord storage adds to the size and shape of the thing so it won’t fit on the iron holder that hangs on the wall. It’s fairly long and tall so it’s awkward to put away in the cabinet too. If I do it again I’d like the same iron but without the cord storage and with a pivoting cord insteadI like that it beeps if I leave it plugged in but not in use for a while.

I replaced my last iron (same brand) after nearly eleven years. Only reason I got a new one was the old one fell on the floor and the steam wouldn't work anymore. Great quality and perhaps will never need to buy another one.

I love this iron. I have a seamstress/embroidery business. I am ironing all the time, multiple times a day. Because I work with a lot of embroidered items, I am constantly destroying irons with stabilizer, spray glue residue, glitter, sequins, etc. I need an iron that is*reliable and dependable with heavy use*has a reasonable shut off system (don't want it shutting off every 90 seconds, but I don't want it sitting there for 15 minutes either, you know?)*self-cleaning (it helps keep stuff from building up and preserves the life of the iron -- learned this one the hard way when I tried to cheap out and just get a basic iron)*gets warm really fast*has a reliable high -- and a reliable low -- temperature setting*has great steam output*doesn't weigh a ton.No small order, right? This iron is that iron.I noted that a few people complained that retractable cord irons tend to break the retractor. I didn't care about this, if it broke, fine, if it didn't, fine, so I disregarded that complaint when comparing them. Since receiving the iron I have noticed no issues with the cord retraction system.Another complaint I noted was that the base of the iron (where the cord retracts into) is tall and makes the iron overly cumbersome. I'm not gonna lie, it IS a bit bulky. You get used to it in about 37 seconds. It's no biggie at all. If the iron was heavier because of it, that might be an issue, but I have no complaints about the weight of the iron. It weighs less that either of my last three irons and none of them had retractable cords so I don't think it's making any appreciable difference!The iron has a lightning fast response time, it heats up quickly and evenly. When you need to reduce the temperature, it responds quickly as well, the temperature drops more quickly than my last iron.The cord is plenty long enough for my needs. The shut off works great and the blinking light tells me it's shut off and not putting out heat, so I like that.All in all, I could not be happier with this iron and would definitely buy again.

Exactly what I wanted. Lightweight, retractable cord, high wattage, narrow at the front to iron small areas.I bought it to replace my existing iron because that retractable cord broke and wouldn't lock in the out position. Was able to fix that, so am returning this iron. Next time I need one though, I will but this one!

Was sceptical when I opened this iron as it seems huge to me. My old iron must be a compact size? But this new one is lightweight, still fits in my cabinet. Easy to use. The cord reel/storage button thing works great. It has a self cleaning feature. Very good design, works well. Recommend.

Nice basic iron, we use it a couple times a week usually. Temperature is easy to set, it's easy to refill the water, it doesn't leak or leave water spots. I mainly chose this one because of the retractable cord which works great. The packaging was a bit beat up suggesting it was a refund item, but everything was there and it works fine.As other reviewers mentioned there was a bit of water in the iron when I got it. There was also a note in the package saying that they test 100% of these irons for leaks and proper operation so any water left inside is normal. Overall I'm happy with it.

Best iron I've had. I bought this iron because of the soleplate description and it has a 10 year warranty. Works perfectly. I was surprised a lot of reviews criticized condensation in the iron when the documentation and product description mentions these irons are tested at the manufacturer. The iron heats up very quickly, the hole pattern on the soleplate allows very even steam. I like the soft rubber base. Extremely happy with this purchase.
