80% Superfine Merino with a micron count of 18 making it ideal for creating garments and accessories meant to be worn on bare skin.
20% Black Tencel - a fiber made from the wood pulp of sustainably grown Eucalyptus trees. Adds exciting dimension and contrast while uniting the five colors with a common theme.

Curated color combos
Hand dyed in the USA by local fiber artisans. Enjoy exciting colors with variegations that can only be achieved by skilled kettle dying.
Spinning
Drafted roving is ready to spin on a wheel or drop spindle. Experiment with plying colors together - you can't go wrong with these coordinated palettes.
Weaving
Create fluffy texture and shifting tones as you weave your Merino/Tencel blends. Try them as they are or draft the roving smaller for even more variety.
Felting
Artists love these fibers for needle or wet felting. Achieve painterly color variegation without having to buy multiple shades of fiber.

I love the colors of this wool. IT was just as I expected when it arrived. It felt just like other Marino wool when I was spinning it. The dye makes the yarn look a bit heathered as well, which I really like.

The fiber is stunning, beautifully packaged in a transparent, celophane, bag so you can see the rich colors easily. The other 4 packages of this fiber I purchased (not cheaply, either) came in a cardboard box and packed with packaging paper (it's fluff, it's not going to break). As I expected.Then there was today's delivery...Somebody from Amazon slapped a shipping label ON THE TRANSPARENT PRODUCT BAG and delivered it to my house. I live in the middle of nowhere, it took A LOT for it to get here. It's not the delivery guy's fault because he delivered it in the state it was given to him. To his credit, I'm shocked that the fiber remained contained and care was given somewhere along the way. Somebody cared, I appreciate that a lot.THE FIBER IS STUNNING!! I'm a master knitter and I'm beginning to spin my own yarn for my private stock. This product is worthy and there's a lot of it!!! I won't hesitate to buy more.AMAZON PACKAGING: You dropped the ball big time!

…but Amazon just slapped a label on its thin packaging rather that put it in a mailer. Showed up on my doorstep open, with all the wool wadded up and dirty. This isn’t a seller problem, it’s an Amazon problem.

I bought several bags for my first ever spinning project. My daughter chose the colors as I'm hoping to crochet her a blanket from it. It feels very clean, drafts easily and spinning well for my level of experience. All the bags were pretty consistent in coloring.

I've bought undyed fiber from this vendor before and have been very happy with it. these dyed rovings, not at all. bought this and 2 more different color packs to spin a gradient, was VERY, VERY disappointed to see how much undyed fiber there was. I'll have to overdye it myself or spend yet more $ with another vendor to get what I need. one good thing was that the fiber was well prepared and easy to spin. Will NOT buy dyed fiber from this vendor again.
