I love the quality of this product. It is so cute and has different holders for burning different things.The only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that the insence hole is too large and I have to break the bottom of the insence stick twice to make it hold steady with tripling up the stick.Other than that, this thing is perfect.And about the surprise on the bottom, it's a cute heart.

It’s very nice! It does not feel cheap at all. It took a long time to get here. I think it came from China? It does not prevent the ash from the incense from falling out but I wasn’t expecting it to and also it’s not that bad. It serves its purpose for me for cones and incense. Good purchase!
