It does hold the hangers. I wish I would have paid closer attention to the dimensions though, as the hangers tend to slide around and not stay completely together. It serves its purpose though.

Just received. Because of short screws I had some problems aligning the holes. I used floral wire and inserted through3 holes. and as I finished a hole I removed the wire for the next hole. Made it very easy. I placed 50 velvet hangers on 1 rack with no problem. Very sturdy metal. I would definitely recommend.

I really needed something to organize and store my plastic hangers that I use when washing clothes. I use these hangers to hang up the wet clothes to dry. I have a lot of hangers to an organizer was needed. I love the concept but they are just too small. The hangers slide around and are difficult to keep straight. I use stand sized hangers to I'm not sure why these are so small. I'm still using them, I just have to be careful when I stack the hangers.
