Made my first pizza on this stone last night. Came out excellent. The crust most important. Sometime the outside of crust is overdone and the middle is mush. Done evenly throughout this time even piled high with toppings. If the crust isn't right the pizza is junk. Will dabble with baking on this stone. I'm optimistic... The peel was smaller than expected, couldn't build the 14" pizza on it, but very useful during cooking and retrieving. I built pizza on parchment anyway. Did not receive the scraper which I thought was included. No biggie, I have an old one. Very pleased overall.

The stone works great. It has given me the best crust I can get out of a kitchen oven. One hint that I got off of a video is to form your crust, put sauce on it and then pre bake the crust for a minute or 2. Take it out, finish topping the pizza and then bake as needed.The pizza peel included is too thick for me to use on my soft dough. I have another made with a sheet of aluminum that works great.

My previous stone cracked while grilling a pizza after several uses. I was disappointed to say the least, but more than anything I was very skeptical about finding a replacement. I read several reviews in Amazon about all kinds of options, and decided to give it a try. No regrets. It is very solid, perfect size to use in the grill or in the oven, thick enough to where it doesn't feel fragile, very reasonably priced and it came with a wooden pallet. Perfect deal.

I made neopolitan pizza in an electric oven that goes up to 250 degrees. It requires preheating (with grill on ) in toppest part for 45 mins. It sounds like a lot but this is what is requires even maybe 55 mins. But make sure oven is clean. I have made the best pizzas i have ever eaten. !

Super produit. Mon premier essai était un peu bancale car j'ai mis de la farine sur le pierre pendant le préchauffage au four et naturellement elle a brûlé. J'aurais dû en mettre juste avant de mettre la pizza dessus. J'ai également mis un peu trop de farine. Et de mettre la pizza sur la pierre et était un peu galère. Avec l'expérience je pense que ça ira mieux. Sinon rien à redire sur la pierre. Bonne qualité. Fais son job et la pizza en ressort améliorée. Fini le dessous mou et le dessus cramé 😁. Je recommande.

Beim ersten Versuch hat es überhaupt nicht funktioniert, was allerdings an meinem Teig lag (nicht genügend Mehl und demnach zu klebrig) und nicht am Produkt.Mit ausreichend Mehl, rutscht die Pizza sehr leicht von der Schaufel auf den Stein und nach wenigen Minuten ist sie auch tatsächlich fertig und lässt sich ohne Probleme wieder vom Stein nehmen.Kein Vergleich zu einer Pizza auf dem Backblech.

El producto cumple con mis expectativas. Las pizzas salen riquísimas, casi como en un horno de leña. La clave está en calentarla previamente durante 30-40 minutos a la temperatura máxima del horno. De esta forma conseguimos que la masa se haga en pocos minutos consiguiendo un acabado crujiente y esponjoso.La piedra tiene unos acabados de calidad, así como la pala de madera, que también es muy útil a la hora de manejar las pizzas. Es importante espolvorear de harina la pala antes de poner la masa fresca, ya que si no se quedará pegada y resulta imposible dejarla en la piedra.Hay que tener cuidado con las manchas, ya que al ser porosa se mancha con facilidad y es imposible de limpiar del todo. Viene perfectamente empaquetada para evitar roturas.

We have a gas pizza oven but it isn't always convenient to use so we purchased this pizza stone. We are really happy with the purchase. We do a lot of baking and love to cook our own pizzas, and found the pizza stone works great for both.I read a lot of reviews about pizza stones which gave really helpful tips. We do not wash the stone after use, but instead just dust it off between uses. When cooking things that can stain, stick or spill, I use parchment paper to protect the stone (eg. baking bread). If I want a crispy crust, I just take the parchment paper off part way through the cooking, and it does the trick!As far as storing the stone, we actually just keep the stone in the oven all the time as it helps retain an even heat in the oven. This way we also don't risk cracking the stone.We are really happy with our purchase and it is a lot less expensive and more convenient than our gas pizza oven.
