These owls are beautiful, nice shape to the face, big bold eyes. The swivel head is a nice feature to help convince birds to leave the area. I gave one to my parents as a marker because it is hard to find their front door in a long line of other doors where they live. I kept the other and it is proudly displayed on the top of my Front gate post. I can't speak for it's scarecrow value, it is just a welcoming novelty decoration for my gates. I like the feature of the bottom plug so you can fill these owls with gravel if you place them in a windy location.

I have one in my front porch and one in my back porch. Every other morning I still see bird droppings and broken up bugs in my front porch despite this decoy sitting there. Same applies to my back porch. I still see droppings as well. I guess it works on certain days or the birds are getting smarter.

These do not work at all. I bought 4 for $50. When the company that sold them to me saw my original review, they apologized and sent me a full refund. I have since. Bought other items from them with no problems. This is a 5 star top notch company with great customer service. I highly recommend

These owls are made form a sturdy material and the head bobs and swivels with the wind.Although the material is sturdy, one of the owls fell off a short ledge (in a strong wind) and the head popped off. I had some difficulty getting the head back on so I probably will order a replacement.Overall, it does what it is intended to do.

Did not work. The head wobbled but didn't turn. It never looked forward just to the left. After placing the wind flap in the back of the head it still wouldn't work. Returned for refund.

Exactly what I was expecting! Hard, thick plastic that should hopefully last for many, many years to come & keep those hawks, birds, etc away!!!

The birds around my garden seem to have gone away but the rabbits don’t care about these at all. I saw one the other day standing right next to it (I had it on the lawn). The swivel head doesn’t move much and actually seems to cause it to twist the owl’s head backwards. It didn’t cost much so it was worth a try. Water doesn’t stay in it very well (not a tight seal) so you’re better off with rocks or sand.
