The capture card should suppose to work with iPad, I asked the question before, the official response said it's not supported, but someone said it works. So I gave a try and it works without problems. Just like other said the picture quality is not good, not full HD, but it's acceptable for basic usage. Happy with that product

Great price and it worked perfectly. My son needed this to stream his ps3 to his computer. Plugged in worked great and had easy instructions. Very clear

If you intend to buy this for streaming, don't. The resolution is so bad that even on a regular monitor it's so grainy and so slow to update.

I did not expect much from this device. I didn't expect this to work at all. However, this works much better that I though it would! First, having both USB-C and USB-A availability makes this extremely useful. I was able to capture from my Steam Deck, phone, and my switch with relative ease. I used OBS to capture game play and audio. Did not need any drivers like expected. Sound was crisp and clear as well. The biggest issue I came across was during resolution changes would cause some odd video issues, but, they went away after a few seconds.I was able to even us this to do video input into my Samsung tablet with low lag.Things I loved:Plug-and-Play I did not need any drivers.Actually 60fps for game streamers.Both USB-C and USB-A with adapter.Works with Android.Things I loved less:A few frame drops at higher resolutions.If you are trying to get into console streaming, this is a great investment to start with. I would recommend this to others if they are starting into streaming. This is also great for those who are trying to create video training programs and need to output video for documentation.

It's affordable, I use it to turn my ipad pro as an extra monitor. I use a third party app and this, and it works just fine. The only thing I don't love, is that it can get quite warm during use.

The thing that needs to be noted is that this is technically not a capture card. A capture card implies that it has some kind of recording or streaming software directly associated with the device that makes setting up and recording gameplay a very straightforward process. What this thing does is just transmits the video signal from the console to your computer in the same way it does to a TV.That is the main reason why I can't knock this product. Capture card or not, this device does allow you to stream your console games to your PC, which means all you need is to supply the receiving recording software and it might as well be a capture card. The instructions included are a little challenging to work with, but I can confirm that the software it tells you to use, OBS, does work perfectly with this device if you organize your settings right. It has video lag, as most HD game-to-computer streaming devices do, but no more than your average cheap capture device and OBS records input perfectly as long as you set it up correctly.You WILL need an HDMI splitter if you want to play the game properly, though, as playing the game on the TV is the only way to get seamless inputs. If you try playing console games on your PC's OBS window, there will be just enough delay to make most modern games impossible to play properly. This isn't something that takes off a point from this device, this is an issue most capture devices and similar AV-streaming devices have, but it's worth noting that if you want to use this to stream games, you'll still absolutely need to set up with an HDMI splitter to do so.That's the one main obstacle, though. This product doesn't really qualify as a 'capture card' per se, but its one main function is the thing people usually buy a capture card for. If you're struggling to put up with the price tag of your average capture device and don't mind having to spend some time figuring out how to set it up with your gaming setup, this is a very solid substitute, especially for the price.
