I was surprised that this feels like decent aluminum instead of cheap plastic. It was plug & play with OBS. It recognized it as a video source without any drivers or software. Video / audio quality seem to be fine but I'm not an expert on that. I'll update the review when I've streamed to YouTube and check the quality.

When it worked, it worked pretty well especially for the price. But unfortunately randomly, it just stopped transmitting a video signal. Tried different pc, different HDMI, no luck :(

Took some time hooking it up right so my pc would display it properly but once I figured it out it's worked flawlessly. In my setup hooking up the hdmi on the output side to the tv didn't work. I had to leave the output side blank and only use the input side going to the console then usb to computer. To get it to display on tv luckily my laptop has a hdmi hookup on the back and I ran it from there. Also seems to work with my canon rebel t7 camera as well.

Bought to connect to my Quest 3. Works perfectly fine. Was able to connect several hdmi devices to my headset.

It’s very good, the recording sound is good and the image is crisp but the only problem I have with it is that on the monitor you’re looking at while playing a game the color is very unsaturated with the blacks being more gray but the output is very nice.

Works well for what it is. It’s a basic plug and play capture device. There is latency when using it alongside an audio interface for voice capture in programs like OBS. You’ll have to mess with the sync settings to get it right.

While the device did provide decent video through OBS, the audio only came through infrequently and was mostly full of static. I am willing to accept that this issue may be on my end however. The capture card uses a USB 3.0 connection so it is plausible that it may need to be plugged into a USB 3.0 port in order to function properly. I am not entirely sure but the problem most likely stems from my laptop not having any USB 3.0 ports on it. If anyone can confirm or deny if my hypothesis is correct that will be appreciated.

This worked perfectly as expected and I've had it running great for almost a year now. It was the perfect unit and price to hep connect my firestick to my PC.

I bought 3 of these devices for our church to run it with vmix for livestreaming. For several months I noticed that whenever I put vmix to stream on 1080p, the video chops and breaks (never smooth), but when I switch to 720p, it runs smoothly. However because the resolution is on 720p, the video has low quality. I tried everything I knew, thinking vmix was the problem, until I switched video cards and discovered that these video cards were the problem. Now I have new video cards from a different company and they work smoothly. I can't imagine these video cards say they run 4k but can't even run 1080p on vmix

Excellent product, easy-to-use, I'm using it with a hdmi splitter with 3 different source, a ps3, ps4 and another computer and is working well, with the ps3 and ps4 I don't notice the lag, with the computer there is a little lag when I use the mouse, but when I'm playing something this is not notorious, I'm a casual player, maybe an expert could notice it, but for my needs is perfect.
