Liked how easy it was to set up and worked great. Also prompt customer service when I had a question. Took me a minute to figure out what was need on the gfci control buttons. Starting instructions would help, but I figured it out.

Used these on treacherous steps leading to my garage. They kept ice from forming thus making the steps safer to use. I’ve waited too long to purchase these and glad I finally did.

I apparently didn't pay attention to the measurements in thee description. Shame on me...Looking at the picture, I thought they'd cover more of the stair. But they're tiny, only 15 inches.I just recived them today, so I can't comment yet on how they work.
