Works great! My heater works better now than it did brand new. You should definitely watch a rebuild video first. But everything you need for the Espar heater is in here. Including the filter for the pump.

Scenario: The tool works for taking out the glow plug, by which time you've destroyed the existing gasket. Then you realize the provided gaskets don't fit. Then you order a different kit from someone else that includes gaskets for both D2 and D4. Save the time and order the different kit first!

It is impossible to make up how ridiculous this is! The socket tool is a double "D" and not a hex. The only way the tool could be used to install a glow plug is to grind one point off of the hex. Wait, it gets better, the video shows that the tool stuffs into the rubber seal instead of engaging the hex on the glow plug. I do not care because I already have a removal tool that came with the diesel heater.I tested the glow plug......wait for it........It works!

It was the older version I have a rubber gasket in the one section, and I had to cut the wire and splice them into the other wire cuz they had different plugs I have the brand new unit other than that all good.

Havnt used the product yet as just had my espar serviced at the dealership,was overpriced parts so hopefully these will be a more cost effective solution for servicing the espar at home next time the screen and glow pin need changing.
