We purchased this for our water well. The pipes are encased in a hut, but in Texas, we had a deep freeze, and it kept the pipes protected.

Quality wrap that will certainly help keep pipes from freezing this winter. Always best to also add a heating line to the mix, but for light freezes, this should do well on its own. Just a bit confused why a 2 unit package cost a fair amount more than 2 single units?

Terrible to work with. Fibers break apart. Shedding and splintering everywhere.

Use this to wrap around a pipe that I had put heat tape on. Works great!

It was falling apart and separating as I was wrapping the pipes. The temperature fell to 26 and my pipes froze with this on them.

It was easy to wrap the pipes. They seem to help with not freezing. We used it in our well house for the pipes and no freezing this year and it was colder this year than last year. Great price.
