Perfect size for my use to cover a small pressure tank, a booster pump, and the associated piping. The cover seems durable and the velcro was strong. The temperature gets into the 20s where I live and this has helped keep our pipes from freezing.

This product is obviously of very high quality. I was pleased to be offered a beige color because it is visible at the side of my home which is also beige. By feel it is puffy and seems to be highly insulated which is what I desired. I don't think it will blow off in the wind. Very pleased. Not cheap, but seems to be a good product. When it wears out (due to the elements) I will buy another one.

I'm SO impressed with this insulated cover. It's extremely well made of very attractive and durable material; not the flimsier material I've found with other covers. It's very versatile and is completely customizable. My sprinkler apparatus includes an in-wall backflow pipe which prevents a cover from simply slipping over the entire apparatus. But, because this cover has velcro & grommets on 3 sides, the cover is able to be adjusted so that it can accommodate the pipe sticking out of the wall. I'm not at all mechanically inclined, so at first I couldn't figure out how to get around the problem of the pipe sticking out of the wall. So, I called Redford, and was able to speak with an actual human, Dinesh, who walked me through step by step how to install this cover in order to provide the maximum level of protection for my pipes. I sent him pictures so that he could see what my exact issue was. Dinesh was so nice, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Bottom line . . . this product provides customers with the complete package: an incredibly strong, well made, high quality, versatile insulating cover and SUPERB customer service to back it up! A++++++++

Product looks well made and easy to install. I have tried many different methods in past to protect from freezing. This product should fit the bill. Our temps rarely get below 30 degrees in NorthWest Florida.

I bought this to help insulate the water lines that go to my on demand hot water heater that’s outside. There’s exposed water lines that I needed to insulate so hopefully they don’t freeze. I put heat tape over the water lines and then wrapped another thinsulate product layer around them and then used this as the final layer. I liked that it has the grommets that you can put a zip tie in to keep it in place. I live in an area where it can get down to 0° f in the winter so fingers crossed that this works well. And I don’t have frozen pipes. I am especially concerned in case we lose electricity at any point in the winter and the heat tape goes off. With the heat tape on it is not as much of a worry. I will update this review if my pipes freeze.Update 2/2025 we have had freezing weather down to 0°f and this together with the heat tape has kept my water lines from freezing.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product, the ease of installation of the product, and the size. I am keeping the cover on the backflow all year because of the extreme heat in the summer and the cold temperatures in the winter that we get where I live. You can extend the one year warranty online for an additional 120 days added for free. John reached out to me by email after I registered and thanked me for buying their product and wanted to know if everything was Ok. So I feel they have great customer service if needed. The backflow cover is a must have.

I got the 36"x24" to cover my well head and the aboveground pipes. It was actually a little wider than I needed. Anyway, it was easy to install. The velcro edges are strong. I didn't need to use the included zipties but I appreciate the fact that they were included. The cover is thick and looks like it'll work as advertised.
