I really love this new roaster! My husband and I cooked our first (12 lbs) turkey in it. The bird fit just right and cooked perfectly. The wider rack grills make cleaning a lot easier and the shape and size of it allows the warm oven air to easily get underneath the turkey. The stainless steel material is nice and thick. The bottom of the pan has an aluminum core, completely encased in stainless steel, allowing for more even cooking. I was also interest in this roaster because it does not have any non-stick toxic chemicals on it.

Used it on the grill to cook the turkey this Thanksgiving. My old pan would burn the drippings making it hard to use anything for the gravy. This one was just nice and browned fond and made amazing gravy. It is quite heavy so if that is a concern for you this might not be the one, but the handles do make it very manageable. Worth the price in my opinion.

This is my third attempt at buying a roasting pan with a rack. The first was junk; the second was too large for my oven. This pan is perfect. It was very easy to clean with a nylon brush. I look forward to using this pan for many years.

Oh, I love this roaster! Took me three tries to find a roaster to fit my oven. The handles are not extended out, but up, so it fits my oven. I love that the rack comes up on the sides, so there is no interference with the handles. Smooth access. Love the stainless steel! Yes, it was worth the time and effort to find this roaster. I finally got just what I wanted!

I'm really glad I purchased this pan despite other less expensive options. I'd been limping along with a light roasting pan and an ill-fitting rack for years. Every Thanksgiving, I wondered if this would be the year the turkey fell on the floor. No more! This pan is a versatile size, large enough for a turkey or a large group meal like baked ziti or lasagne. It's also well made with sturdy handles that lift from the top of the pan---so you don't burn your hands on the side of the oven. The best part is the tight fitting rack; I don't worry about lifting the roast out of the oven. I also like the fact that it doesn't have non-stick coating that will peel off .

Thick wall, solid rack, encapsulated clad, great handle. Expensive pan but 100% worth it. It work great with induction stove top. The best "hidden feature" is the pan takes only half a tablet in a standard fridge. Great when preparing the food ahead of time.
