I bought the set since I didn't know what size I needed. I bought my drill press used and it didn't come with a drift key. A couple of light taps was all it took to remove the drill chuck.

Removed a drill arbor to install a keyless chuck. Seems to be forged but I don't know that for sure. Reasonably hard as I can seen to marks in the wedge after use.

Good heavy pieces of steel with a good angle wedge on them, all edges rounded so they are easy on the hands. Good purchase.
