The flapper for our Toto needed replacement, and I found a more structured part at the local hardware store...but it leaked, and so slowly I couldn't hear it..until the tank refilled. Aggh!So I bought these ' 2 in a package' visually identical to OEM, floppy and easily compliant. Problem solved! And if I can find it in a couple of years...I can replace the replacement. Brilliant!

I could not find these locally. Allegedly "universal " Toto flappers did not seal properly. Installing them was very easy, except finding the right chain length to operate properly was trial and lots of error.

I really appreciated their details on the site. It looked like it would be a perfect match, and it is. You have to make sure the design is exactly like what you are replacing. I first bought a close match at Home Depot. It was not close enough. This was delivered quickly and was easy to replace, saving me a ton of water.

I'm always hesitant to buy replacement parts made by third parties, but the tech guy at Toto told me to buy this on Amazon because "it'll be cheaper and you'll get it faster." He was right. It's not a sophisticated part, but it works well for my Toto Drake toilet. I assume it was easy to install. I didn't install it. My building's handyman did it. It only took a few minutes. He didn't need instructions. Note: Toto has changed the replacement parts numbers, so don't rely on the label inside the lid. Call Toto tech and someone will give you the new part number.

For some inexplicable reason the old flapper shrank so the tank kept emptying and refilling. This replacement flapper is larger and completely covers the tube. It was easy to install and good quality. Getting the right adjustment on the chain took a little finagling, but that would have been the case with any replacement flapper. Highly recommended.

This product does its job, but it’s a bit different then the original total part. This is good for some because it’s simple, it’s bad for the perfectionist because it’s missing the 8 levels of settings on the Toto original part.Pro’s- Easy install and works, no more running toilet- soft rubber seals wellCon’s- simple flush doesn’t work well, it’s almost like a eco flush and you have to hold onto the hand constantly for 1-2 seconds to get a full flush- no precision 8 level settings like the original Toto part- high cost for what you actually get- Not a clip on part, have to gently press it onto the handles without breaking the soft rubber.- the instructions are very limited and not good at all. The company should make a YouTube install video.For what you actually get compared to the Toto original part, this should be way cheaper.
