I got them yesterday. I had been eyeing them for awhile. I am a Chiropractor and Fitness Trainer/group instructor. We have another type of brand at the gym that I work in . They are a bit lighter and not made of bamboo. I got them in time for my clients' appointment . I train all ages. Since I am 60yo , my clientele happens to be in the same age range. These Hiboom Yoga sticks came in a bundle wrapped in plastic. I bit tough to cut thu but I was careful not to damage sticks. They are sturdy and have a beautiful finish . The end caps are sturdy and stabilizes well . I cannot tell you if they are sturdy to wear, but time will tell. I am not sure if they are exactly 5ft since when I held one while using it , I was almost the same height. Im 4"9.5". I will have to write a follow up with time and measurements. Overall less than 24hours of delivery, I feel it was a perfect purchase for myself and clients.

I was thrilled to find these in a pack at such an affordable price. This is something that is used daily and holds up very well. The rubber ends are great to support leaning on it and having it on the ground. The length is just right for an average sized person to use for yoga, Pilates, or intentional preparation for a workout. Very satisfied with this purchase. Have recommended the product to others.
