Perfect filler, doesn’t prevent all chipping but drastically lowers chances of all rocks chipping/cracksUsed from step 1 to step 4 (this past tumble - 1 month and a half) they might get a little smaller (unless I just didn’t notice those in the beginning), but should last as a filler for a long time

Nothing premium here but nothing wrong. I'm a happy customer. Package came very well packaged in a re-sealable bag and the value is undeniable. They seem to wear down a tiny bit faster than others, but I'm not upset by that. Size variation in your mix is usually a good thing.

Tumbling rocks is loud 😂. You find out really quickly and look for anything to help with it. Don't be like me and spend a week trying to figure out a solution before I found this!! Not only does it greatly reduce noise it also greatly helps with the process. Use it through each stage or don't. I know I'm going straight to these every time. Thank you for this product and speedy delivery 😊

I ordered this ceramic media as filler for tumbling quartz pebbles (not agate, carnelian or jasper). The media is very small and wears out easily during the tumbling process when using silicon carbide grit. After only one complete tumbler cycle (60, 180, 320, 500, 1200 grits) this ceramic media I used is so small it is not usable and has to be discarded and I let each grit run for 10 days (up to 5 weeks for the coarse 60 grit with weekly changes to smooth out rough rocks). Don't use this media during the polish cycle, it is too hard. I am going to buy another brand that should last much longer. I have already used up 3/4 of this bag in 3 complete tumbler cycles. Get something else that will last longer.
