While most commonly used for masking purposes during finishing, there are hundreds of other uses around the shop, home, lab, classroom, etc. This superior grade of silicone is capable of withstanding temps up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit (315 Celsius) for 20 minutes and holds up to most chemicals. It is ultra tough yet flexible, reusable and will not crack, harden, shrink or break over time. I have a couple small hydroponic gardens, but one of them had little holes for the trellis to sit in. However, having air get in to the water system via these holes could make algae grow. These little plugs work perfectly to block them off.

I use these plugs to protect unused holes in my very expensive carbon fiber bicycle frame. They worked fantastic so I ordered another bag of assorted sizes to keep in my misc hardware case. The Silicone rubber plugs are very high quality and should stand up to being used outside under daylight with lots of UV that would destroy rubber plugs.

Fit perfectly. I use them to keep water out of small weather exposed mobile antenna openings.

Used these with some sika flex 921 to plug leaking solar heater. The good sealant is key in making these work.

Nice product. Nothing negative to say. Bought them for high temp painting vs. powdercoat. They worked well, but probably weren't necessary in my case.

I used these to plug 1/4 and 3/16 threads, while I sprayed with HVLP gun. Worked great! I also bought 7/8 diameter to plug a hole that I ran cables into my smoker. I have took my smoker up to 390 degrees for 2 hours, and it worked great.

they work great but i'm probably gonna buy the pink ones (size smaller) too in case i decide to make slightly smaller holes
