I LOVE the color of this lens! The quality is nice and made out of glass. I can clearly see the puddle and everything around it! I think it might be better than my auto darkener.

Pipefitter here. Really impressed with this lens. For the price that it is it’s extremely clear and has a good cool blue puddle only things I can see to make it better would be to have rounded edges instead of a square edge would probably protect it better if it were dropped but shouldn’t be a issue. Also a thing to note is to my eyes (green) a 10 was a little too dark stick welding outside at about 90 amps. Seems like a 10 is a 11 in other brands but not a bad thing I’ll just keep a 9 with me for lower amp Tig stuff and should be fine UPDATE lens started out great but after about 3 or 4 months of use it has a lot of chips around the edges and just doesn’t seem as clear as it once was. I stay out of the sparks as much as I can and usually only have to change my clear lense once every month or 2 so it’s not from taking it on and off not sure if the heat made it brittle or what is going on but sad to say I don’t think the quality is as good as I initially thought

The product was clear and cool and all, however it came with small chips of the corners but still believe that it could still last if cared. Till after a couple of weeks of use, it had split into two. Now I'm back with the black lens that I have been using for over a year.

Bought this with the sugar scoop and it is miles better than any auto darken I’ve used including the top of the line miller. I haven’t had any problems with it only this is when you have a gap in your lenses it will show double or triple of any light due to it being a gold lense so be sure to keep a tight gap. Also get 1 shade darker than regular lenses because the gold may her ur eyes in the same shade.

Very clear vision. Easy to see. Green is similar to Speed Glass green. Not a fan green, but this is not bad. Sharp viewing.
