Works great for making belts for small appliances and very strong bond

This belting is easy to work with. Joining ends works well, is strong and all it takes is to melt the ends a bit, hold them together till they cool slightly, and if you are fussy trim the joint a bit.

The 1/8 urethane round belt material is high quality and consistent. It has just the right amount of stretch I wanted. It's easy to melt the ends together to form a continuous loop. I also purchased the 1/4 round belt and have the same comments as above.

Just rec'd mine in the mail today, right off the bat, I ordered 10 feet but only received 9' 3" (and that's stretching it), not a good start.I will be buy more of the product, just not from this vendor!!!

A bit too stretchy for direct drive to a precision lathe unless the rpm is high. Easy to join with a small butane torch but I could not use it on my watch makers lathe because it is too elastic A fiber belt might have been better. Right now I use a round leather belt jointed with Cyanoacrylate and a metal staple.

Used this as a replacement for the drive belt on a spinning wheel with great success. Care with the splicing technique is the key to making the first splice the last one needed. stretch is minimal and the traction is great for a slip free operation.
