This boiler is great for outdoor cooking. Its built with quality materials and works very well. It didnt take much time putting it together. im into not having an oven in my house and have been doing most of my cooking outdoors, even in the wintertime. This boiler has been working great in this cold weather. I have been doing a lot of deep frying and had no issues with anything. The pot is a good big size and the burners do well.

Get ready to elevate your outdoor cooking game with the Hike Crew 60QT Outdoor Boiling Kit. This powerhouse set isn't just for boiling; it's a versatile cooking station that's perfect for feeding a crowd at your next backyard party, camping trip, or tailgate. The first thing that impressed me was the kit's sheer size and power. The massive 60-quart pot can handle a feast of seafood, corn on the cob, or even a whole turkey. The 110,000 BTU burner delivers intense heat, bringing water to a rolling boil in no time. The included accessories are a thoughtful touch. The strainer basket makes it easy to lift and drain food, while the lid helps trap heat and speed up the cooking process. The sturdy burner stand provides a stable platform for the pot, and the storage cover keeps everything protected when not in use. I've used this kit to host several backyard boils, and it's been a hit every time. The large capacity allows me to cook for a large group of friends and family, and the powerful burner ensures everything is cooked to perfection. Cleanup is also a breeze, thanks to the stainless steel construction and removable strainer basket. If you're looking for a versatile and powerful outdoor cooking solution, the Hike Crew 60QT Outdoor Boiling Kit is an excellent investment. It's a game-changer that will take your outdoor gatherings to the next level.

I have extensive culinary experience, and have used a few other outdoor burner/fryer/boiler kits in the past. I've also seen large commercial units (in operation) used for this purpose. In my experience, this kit is above average in build quality and overall construction, particularly for home use. Assembly was straightforward, and completed within 15 minutes. Not sure it'll ever get back in the box it came in however... but the storage bag is a nice touch for keeping the pots clean. The boiler pot is sizeable, and of impressive quality, though the finish is somewhat industrial. I'm not a fan of aluminum for boiling, as I typically use acids (lemon) in my boils which will commonly react with aluminum. Outside of that, this pot is sturdy, well constructed, and has a tight fitting basket and lid.The dual burners are virtual flamethrowers, and should provide quick boils and more importantly, strong temperature control when frying. Because oil temps can drop precipitously when loaded with cold proteins, it's important to have the ability to pour on the heat, and get the oil back up to temp for proper browning, and a crispy crust. This burner should do the trick nicely.Crawfish are in short supply this year, and astronomically priced... so my test-cook of them is postponed. However, this should prove excellent for frying chicken or fish, boiling shrimp or lobsters, and possibly even useful for a whole turkey. Time will tell, but I'm happy to add this quality product to my culinary arsenal.Impressive build quality, construction, power, and reasonably priced for such a nice item. Recommended.

This is a great large cookpot for camping or large family gatherings. Has everything needed except the propane. It is well made and heavy duty, even comes with a cover.

We do a crawfish boil every 4th of July, so this is welcome alternative to boiling them on the stove as we've been doing for years. The base and burners are solid and high quality. The pot and strainer are pretty big, but made of aluminum, and so they're really light. The flame produced is like a jet blast - about 3 inches around and about 10 - 12 inches high with the valves fully open without the pot on the stand. I can totally believe the BTU rating as advertised. Its a fantastic until. There are just a couple of issues I had putting it together: First, the ignition wire should be inserted into the igniter button vertically. It might take a couple of tries to get it right, as its not obvious. Second, the battery should be inserted with the positive end facing the spring inside the button. I inserted it incorrectly at first because typically the negative end (bottom of the battery) faces the spring in just about every other battery operated device on earth. This is the opposite. Other than that, it only takes a few minutes to assemble. I can completely recommend it to anyone needing a lot of liquid boiling as quickly as possible. Bonus: it works great for wort too, for you homebrewers out there!

When I saw this I almost jumped out of my skin. I've been dying to get one of these. I absolutely LOVEEE shrimp and crab and now I can do my own shrimp and crab boil with my family. This is a nice tool to use to get the family together for fun and feasting. The pot is large enough to feed a lot of people. It comes with a dust cover which is a plus because I want to protect my new baby! I'm a gadget-a-holic LOL. Installation is super simple, just attach it to your propane tank and start boiling! I've never fried a turkey before and this will give me a chance to experiment and experience it for the first time. I'm also going to experiment frying a pork butt to see if this could be a nifty way to make pork carnitas. We'll have to see. At any rate I love my new machine and anticipate using it for many years to come.
