These work nicely. Nothing wrong with this set. I'm using one of these to switch a 9V alarm buzzer. Works fine, although I wish I didn't have to buy the PNPs too.

The 20 piece kit is very nicely packaged, and arrived on time. The parts supplied in the kit have tested good in my work.I knocked off one star as the BC517 Darlington transistor has its Emitter and Collector pins reversed compared to every datasheet I have found on the Internet. This caused my a one day delay in usage since I have not seen any BC517 datasheets or discussion of such a pin reversal for this part. Not sure were Hilitchi found such an unusual part. See photo for pin reversal.
