I bought these tacks to hold down a throw rug in my dinning room. I was recommended to try this brand and I don’t regret it. The quality of the price was reasonable. The delivery was fast for Prime Members. The appearance is exactly as pictured. The 1†size was perfect for the thickness of the throw rug. I chose the black color. These tacks are easy to use and the functionality was excellent. Now I do not trip over the rug anymore because of the edges of the rug coming up. I highly recommend this brand and seller.

I use tacks to attach the safety strips on the outside steps. Alas, too much snow right now. Maybe this week I get to hammer them in.

The 1 inch was the perfect length for the thick rug. It doesn’t lay down but these nails work great to prevent me from constantly tripping over the rug.

I didn't have a small or magnet upholstery hammer so had to use a regular sized one. Tacks stands in carpet without having to hold while striking the tack.
