I looked long and hard for a bike rack that would hold our two ebikes. They weigh about 85 pounds each. The "Young Electric Hitch 2-Bike with Ramp" was exactly what we needed. The rack holds up to 200 pounds. We received the rack within a reasonable amount of time. Assembly was a breeze. The rack is very sturdy and holds our bikes firmly. The included ramp made loading a breeze. We haven't taken the bikes for a long trip yet, though we did drive around town to see how the rack would handle. It handled great. The only issue we had was with a poor weld on the nut that's suppose to remove movement in the rack while transporting. The nut is spot welded in three places, though on this one only one of the welds attached the nut. The weld immediately broke upon screwing in the bolt that removes the movement. I contacted the seller through Amazon and quickly had a resolution. The company sent me a new lower unit at their cost. The weld on the new one is much better. All three spot welds were good. Replacing the lower unit was also very easy. I would highly recommend the Young Electric Hitch 2-Bike with Ramp.

Love this rack. Most 2 bike racks hold up to 150 lbs., this rack holds 200 lbs. It was easy to assemble. Many other racks require a top tube adaptor to hold step thru bikes. Not this one. This rack does not rattle or shake or lean when on the road. Very sturdy. Easy to place your bikes on. I got the two bike XL model. there is plenty of space between the bumper and the bikes so no rubbing or chafing. It fit on my Jeep wrangler which has the rear spare tire. Many racks dont extend out far enough to clear the tire but this one did. Couldn't be more pleased. I protect this rack and my two Ride1Up, Series 700, Step thru ebikes (love them) while traveling with a Team Obsidian Bike Cover. I got the XL , Transportation Heavy Duty 600D model. Nothing compares. It completely zips around your rack and bikes.

In my photos I did not have the ramp installed which sits out a bit further almost like a bumper. For the negatives: I do wish it had been built up higher. It also seats the bike off center more so on the drivers side. I wish it was centered. And in my case it really it placed a bit too far away from my car as my bike handles do fold down in addition, because it sits so low, it nearly impossible to get theâ€quick release pin†on and off unless you are laying flat on the ground and then it’s not possible to see what you are doing. Do to the low placement, I have to make sure I travel slowly over bumps like the end of the driveway. It is sturdy and fits my heavy folding step thru bike. It was easy to put together.

My bikes are large and weigh 82lbs each. It is nice the center supports fold down out of the way until you need them. That makes it easier to load the bikes. The rack folds up against the tailgate when not in use which is nice when traveling around town without them on it. I did drill and tap screws into the tire cradles once positioned where I needed them so they couldnt be easily slipped off. Assembly could have been a little easier but not bad. The rack itself is pretty sturdy. For me I need to add a brake light and tail light LED strip up high because my bikes block those on my truck. Keep that in mind. For the money would I buy it again? Yes I would. It pretty much stores flat when not in use. It fits my truck and large bikes. As always, lock the bikes to the rack when travelling. They have a threaded bolt to attach hitch to reciever which works fine but your standard hitch pin will not work.

We bought this for our e-bikes. It’s been great. Easy to load and unload. Very sturdy. Holds bikes tightly and has performed well for us

The rack itself is well made, however I had to modify it. The hitch pin is threaded which makes sense to keep the rack steady. The problem is, these are also stolen frequently and depending on where you park, these are ready for the taking. I drilled out the thread with a 11/16 bit and purchased a locking pin. Then purchased a hitch stabilizer for $19 which eliminates any rattle. The wheel straps are also not the best, so I used the Velcro straps and removed the plastic ones that came pre installed. For those not buying the rack with the ramp, I highly suggest you reconsider as it does make things much easier. I highly recommend this rack. Hope this helps someone regarding the drill modification.

I have several fat tire bike carriers, this is by far the best design for my Rambo Ebike and my non motorized fat tire bikes as well. Very well made and secures my bike. In the past I would run my rear view camera on my truck to make sure the bike hasn't become loose or fallen off the rack. Now I drive down the hwy or roads confident my bike is secure. The larger front tire saddle, adjustable rear saddle, the well designed and adjustable frame mount holds the bike rock solid. The padded buckles secure the bike without needing additional straps. Another very nice feature is the way the carrier tightens up into the receiver using the provided 5/8 -11 bolt creating a wobble free mount. This will require a 15/16 socket and ratchet to tighten it up. The ramp is light weight yet very durable. It mounts into the rear assembly when not in use. Overall the bike racks design, sturdiness, quality and cost is easily a 5 star + rating.

Bought this roll-on bike rack to accommodate the newly purchased, and much heavier, e-bikes. Lifting these 60 pound bikes onto my previous rack was difficult for me and impossible for my wife. However, once you've rolled the bikes onto this rack a couple of times, it's pretty easy to use and doesn't take much strength. The one significant downside is that this rack is much heavier than a typical bike rack, and it is awkward to attach to your car hitch. When we put this rack on, we leave it on for as long as possible. If you think you'll be putting this rack on and off frequently, I hope you're young and fit.
