Putting the chair together was easy and if you’ve ever had a gaming chair before this is definitely that.You can sit in it for hours and not feel a discomfort.It’s sturdy and the back support is simply amazing in any position. The chair doesn’t weigh that much but it’s just an amazing chair to get lost in and even take a nap in as well.

I bought this chair for my nephew as a gift and the arm rest broke within the first month. When we saw that there was a warranty we tried to contact the seller and were referred to multiple different people and it took us 3 months of emailing back and forth to get an answer. They said they won’t honor the warranty and neither will Amazon because it is not one of their products. This company and product are both terrible and should not be on Amazon. The chair was not comfortable and is poorly made. I do not recommend this company for anything. If you can’t honor a warranty, don’t advertise one. They are also making me pay a “restocking fee†for THEIR faulty product, absolutely unbelievable.

About this chair for my wife, It's simply amazing. This chair makes no noise, lights up, and the speakers work great. This chair is extremely comfortable.For many of the posts that I saw regarding the chair being noisy, You might want to check how much weight the chair is rated for. I'm a very large muscular male, and I weigh over 200lbs, and to test it I sat in it. It did not make any noise for me. My wife also sat in my lap in the chair, which is around 300lbs, and the chair still made no noise. I would imagine the chair would not make any noise even if you were to put 350 lb on it. If you weigh more than 350lbs, You might want to find a different chair, or some kind of bed to play games in.

I got my boyfriend this for Christmas, we put it all together he loves it with the led lights!! The only problem with the chair is when he has the bluetooth on with the lights. When he put the lights on a specific mode or different modes, the bluetooth speakers becomes staticky, cuts out. So it’s like he can’t really have both on at the same time I'm not sure if it’s supposed to be like that. Other than that he loves it. (don’t make fun of his setup we just moved into our new place lol)

Overall I like the chair design and feel for the price. This was a Christmas gift and during installation the pre installed screws for the chair arm were so tight it was difficult to remove. Only able to remove 3 of 4 screws prior to stripping the last screw. Really disappointed that the screws were so tight.
