I was hesitant to spend so much on a pillow but my neck had been hurting for about a month straight. When I got it in the mail I was skeptical because it is firmer than I am use to. I decided to give it a try anyways. I was amazed that the next day my neck wasn't sore anymore up until the evening. After the next night, I haven't had any of the soreness that I was experiencing for the whole month prior. I've been using this pillow for about 3 months now. Anytime I go out of town, this pillow is going with me!Both side and back sleeping are comfortable with this pillow. Great neck support for either position.

I bought two. One for myself and one for my hubby. These are great Pillows and you can't be the price. We both suffer from neck and back issues and so far these have been amazing. I just had my second back surgery 3 months ago and I am loving this pillow, so is my hubby. Sleeping on your side, back and even stomach. You can flip around and use the curved side if you want. Lots of versatility. Highly recommend.

The pillow is decent overall. It provides good support, especially for back sleepers, but it took me a little while to get used to the firmness. The material feels high-quality, and it holds its shape well. However, it’s not quite as plush as I expected, so if you’re looking for something really soft, this might not be the one for you. It’s a solid option, but I’m not sure it’s my perfect fit.

I was having neck problems for a couple of months and my son told me about this pillow and ordered it for me. I can’t use anything else now. It keeps my head and neck aligned I wake up with no pain. It works in almost every sleeping position too. Great pillow !

This product changed my life for the better. It’s a bizarre looking pillow but it is so practical and helpful! Prior to using this pillow, I suffered from almost daily neck aches and, in turn, head aches. Happy to report that those have completely gone away!Some people are noting that the pillow is too firm. It’s important to remember that if you want your cervical neck and head supported properly, it has to have some firmness. Otherwise, it would be standard pillow and you’d have the same issues.Personally, I find the pillow to be quite soft while also supportive.10/10!!!

I am writing my review after using this pillow for a year. I am primarily a back sleeper. When I ordered it, I was searching for the perfect pillow. I had used another ergonomic pillow for about a year prior to it, and it just would not hold my head in the right position. I searched and searched and found this one.The good: I like the way it holds my head and keeps its shape. It's soft, and I like the shape to contour the cervical curve.The bad: It's too thick. My head does not need to be elevated that high off the mattress. This excess height resulted in too much discomfort. Maybe this is made for, or was tested mainly on large men? (I'm a 5-foot-5 woman.) It probably would be great for a 6-foot-4 guy.To improve: Make the cervical curve area shorter and reduce the thickness of the pillow so my head would not be raised too high.After I used it for a year, I decided to go with a Purple Harmony pillow, which I've now been using for about a month. It too is not perfect (despite its very high cost) but is better than this one.

I like the feel of this pillow. It is not too hard or too soft. I had problems sleeping at night waking up because of a crook in my neck but since I have had this pillow, I am not waking up at night or in the morning with a crook in my neck. It’s a great pillow for a good night’s sleep and wish I had purchased one sooner.

I no longer wake up with neck pain! This pillow has the right loft to support my neck and allows my head to tilt back with a slight extension. Great for side or back sleep. I also like that you can turn it 180 for a different loft/angle.

I tried this HOMCA memory foam pillow for a week, and it was decent. It provided good support for my neck and helped to alleviate some of my neck pain. It's a bit firm, which might not be for everyone, but I personally found it comfortable. If you're looking for an affordable memory foam pillow that provides good neck support, this one is worth considering.
