Nice relay. It is a very common fan relay and it works perfect. Can be plugged into the receiving socket or screwed directly to any stationary object. 1/4" spade connectors will slip right on the terminals for multiple applications.

Item works as advertised, but was really loud when the coil is charged. I intended to use this to connect a 24vdc smart thermostat to a millivolt fireplace. The sound is so loud that it proved unsuitable for indoor use and ended up getting a much smaller and quieter relay for the purpose

*Update 2*About to buy my third one of these, same issue. Had a cold snap, then on the hot day following the relay is sticking open again. These seem to last at best 9-11 months.**11 Month Update**Sadly less than 1 year after installing this relay, now that it's getting hot again, the Honeywell is sticking open. Oh well, beats buying the entire transformer but disappointing this didn't last longer. - 1 starThis part saved me from having to buy another relay/transformer combo. I have an old Magic Chef tank of a furnace that won't die. My fan relay does seem to die annually however, sticking open causing the fan to run non stop unless I smack the relay. The only official Tyco/Lennox replacement part includes the transformer which adds cost. I found this part with the help of supplyhouse dot com and would have bought from them but needed this part rush shipped so amazon to the rescue. For anyone else looking for a replacement relay for 36H72, this part works perfectly. No modification, perfect fit. Now to see if it will last longer than a year unlike the junk Tyco part!

I bought this to replace an older furnace relay which it does very well. It has three sets of contacts both N.O and N.C. It can be mounted in several ways which makes it very flexible. It is too high to mount in a standard electrical box but it will fit in a deep box. The wiring diagram is printed on the relay which makes it easy to connect. It also comes with a data sheet and a diagram. It should be easy for a DIY non electrical person to use.

It is advertised as a Honeywell product.. but you will receive a ResideoIt works just fine no issues.. same voltage (only difference is brand )... I didn't return It because I had to get my boiler up and running.. (no time to Waste).. I paid an extra $14.00 because I thought I was getting a Honeywell brand.
