Don't waste your money! I bought these specifically to hang pictures and lightweight items on a basement cinderblock wall. They only penetrate maybe halfway, 3/8", and no further, no matter how hard you hammer them. Sometimes they go straight in and hold, sometimes they chip and flake the concrete so deeply that the nails fall out. Six out of ten times, the head snaps of the nail as you're hammering. Very disappointing.
