These pans are great quality. Easy to clean. Perfect size to hold a large amount of food. Strong enough they do not bend at all. Ours still look brand new after multiple times used. Highly recommend!!!

Pre-Amazon, I’d’ve had to drive hours to find these at a restaurant supply store. Here are the pros as they pop to mind:• Say goodbye to tupperware; these can go on flame AND in ovens.• Stackable, so no storage issues.• Mise en place!! For prepping stocks, sauces, any/all multi-ingredient recipes—deeper, stronger, just cover w suran-wrap & pop in the fridge.• You can pour hot OIL into these and not worry it’s gonna melt through your floor.I could go on, but that’s more than enough for me to justify the purchase & price. I even bought three more sizes (no fewer than 2 per set) and the longer ones come w AWESOME lids that have handles.My home-cooking game has been elevated—one more level towards a fully “pro kitchen.†(I started w the hotel (roasting) pans for making stocks, and these were a seamless & logical next step.The cons?ZERO!Hope you dig your purchase half as much as I do mine! “Happy cookin!â€

Perfect for use with our backyard maple sap evaporator. We started out with two used restaurant pans, but like having six to rotate throughout the season. Nice quality and true to size.

I actually hoped for a more thicker pans. It is not as thick as I would want it but it will serve the purpose. Results from baking in an ground furnace are good
