Absolutely love this product. If you're into smash burgers this is a must have. A little oil on it or parchment paper is recommended so the patty doesn't stick

The stainless steel quality, thickness, weight and size of this burger press is great. We used it today for the first time and it functioned exactly as it should; the burger came out great.

This is well made, and I am sure it does what is meant to do for younger people with bigger stronger hands, but I chose to send it back and keep the heavier bacon and hamburger press that I bought with a heat resistant handle from the same company.
