Looks to be good quality and is a good size to cover many different food items on my griddle. With the heavy weight it will work well on smash burgers.

Nice heavy product. Great for making smash burgers or getting your steak to sizzle. Wooden handle stays cool (with the lid open). Fits about 2 medium size burgers under it. Underside is ribbed, but not too deep so it's easy to wipe clean.

These grill weights are blackstone brand and have good weight. They are quality cast iron weights.

Got this to do grilled sandwiches and pressed chicken breast. Works perfect. Solid heavy weight. Can heat up in the oven to crip sandwiches on both sides. Better than wrapping a brick in tin foil. It comes pre seasoned. Just put it in the oven for 00 minutes and wipe it down. This will last forever.

Bought this for my husband. We got him a blackstone griddle and he wanted these for steaks. It is good and heavy and keeps them pressed down. Works on pork chops and burgers as well. Easy to clean also.
