This is a quality grill spatula with a good weight and size. I like that all the edges are beveled for cleanly scooping and moving food around the grill. Highly recommended.

Got this to make smash burgers on an outdoor griddle, and it works great! The blade is very sturdy, with a sharp edge that scrapes up the crust, and it's big enough for a 6" burger.

Perfect for pressing and scrapping food off the grill. Not flimsy at all. I would buy it again

First: I did not use these, so my comments are based only on my impressions of the spatulas right out of the box... I liked the blades - seemed like excellent quality. I sent them back because of the handles. I’m not sure about their quality, but the handles were too short. I have a 36†flat griddle and I was concerned about how hot my hands would get b/c they’d be over the heat for longer, especially in the middle and back of the griddle. The handles were made of a strong plastic(?) or something similar (not sure), but it also seemed like they would get hotter, sooner (I do use good heat resistant gloves). They’re certainly not a bad product. It seems that a lot of people have bought them and given great reviews, but I’m going to buy some with longer handles - probably wood handles as well.

SInce my grilling stuff has various holes and such in it and is not big enough, I decided to try this. It works really well and I bought the 2 pack as it is a lot more cost effective.Instead of buying a heavy press, you can just use a wooden spoon or something and use it to press down and squish the burger. It has a pretty thin edge which works great for scraping. use it at a 30 degree angle to get all the brown goodness off the griddle.Material is pretty thick, but you CAN NOT just push down on the handle to squish the burgers due to physics. You would need a half inch thick metal tang to pull that off and you wouldnt be able to transfer much force anyways, so do be prepared with a long (to avoid heat) object of some kind to help you squish the burger meat effectively.

This is a nice set, heavy duty, I use to remove brisket from my smoker, I use both of them to support the weight of the brisket, between tender and 10 plus pounds these work out great.

A winner for my bbq obsessed husband: this was exactly what he wanted, a good size and perfect for smash burgers. Cleans easily and has a sturdy handle. Good price too and not too heavy.
