I've been using this mattress warmer for a few months now, and it's done wonders for my sleep. The built-in nighttime mode is incredibly comfortable. I have been through many water mattress heaters, which never worked out. The mattress blanket would slide off the bed. But not this one. It never moves off the mattress like others. Consistent temp resulting in a fabulous sleep! No leaks. Simple plug-and-play almost immediately. However, this company is my knight in shining armor. Not A SINGLE issue. I love this thing.It helps when it's really really cold out and my furnace is working too hard and not keeping my house up to temp, cuddle under a blanket on top of this thing and bam, instantly warm.My cat also loves it, she doesn't hide when this is on, she stays cuddled up under the blankets with me.

To be honest, I was skeptical but thought I’d give a try! To my surprise it was up fancier than I thought it’d be. Excellent quality, so efficient, and is simple to use. I live where the winters are brutal and this has been a life saver!! I’ve told several coworkers about it and now they are also purchasing one!! You will not be dissapointed!!

One year warranty, will not make it through two Winters under warranty. Cannot understand instructions even after reading four times and trying repeatedly when installed on the bed. Stopped working returned.

I bought this pad during the Black Friday sale for around $160 CAD, I cannot remember the exact price. I live in a basement in Canada where it tends to get cold and my main heat source is a wood stove that burns out overnight. This matress pad has been an absolute game-changer. I don't use space heaters anymore saving electricity and I wake up feeling warm instead of waking up shivering.This pad has made my bed slightly less comfortable (I can kinda feel the tubes), but it's a reasonable tradeoff for the warmth. For the price I paid, i am a happy customer and it has been one of the best purchases I have made this year. I like it because it is basic (no WiFi) and the settings are very cozy. This product was recommended to me because I am dealing with health problems and with a chance of emf's being bad (I'm not sure if they are actually harmful but I can't risk anything), this purchase made sense. I also liked how they included a reusable vacuum bag for storage with an air pump to drain the pad. One more thing, it's silent
