This arm-wrestling trainer tool is pretty sturdy in my opinion. Good welds and quality construction. It weighs in at around 30 lbs. and measures in at approximately 36" high X 34" wide X 8" deep once assembled. It will require assembly and it's not difficult. It is definitely a professional type of arm-wrestling training tool and will support weights up to 200 lbs. which is plenty for most I know of. Please note so you don't frustrate yourself: It doesn't come with the table or weights. Sounds silly but somebody is going to believe it does. The handle is nice and very useful but keep in mind you can order other handles online to target different needs. Recommended ðŸ‘💪

I put this together and when I went to try it out, the cable moved but the pulleys didn’t. I highly recommend finding some good ones like what I have in my picture. Everything works smooth now and the setup itself gives you lots of options for the height and moving side to side.

I liked the construction on the components. I didn't like that one of the pulleys is welded on crooked. I didn't like that I didn't get a strap like I was expecting 😕 but I like the pulley system as a whole

Not all pieces required for assembly were delivered. A support bracket was welded incorrectly so it cannot be fully attached to the table.Overall a good design put together poorly.

decent set up for arm wrestling. gotta have a table set up that needs to be weighted to the ground somehow to allow to use this cause it can topple the table if you dont. so far its good.
