The wipers on my 2003 VW Jetta would not shut off and I traced the problem to this relay. My local auto parts stores wanted $150 for it. I decided to give this one a try for a fraction of the cost. The quality appears identical to the OEM relay. To my surprise it works perfectly. My wipers are working as they should...time will tell if I made the right choice.

Only 3 starts as it did not solve my issue, working on troubleshooting further. Item itself is of good quality and construction and fits as intended, however the intermittent feature still not operational. Will update review as needed.

I didn’t like that it was a defective NEW product. The condition with my wipers was a safety concern and had to be fixed immediately. I had to get another relay immediately and this defective unit was a big inconvenience. Receiving This defective part costed time and money.

My wipers wouldn’t turn off in my MK4 Jetta. When I put it in the off position, the wipers kept going and I heard the relay clicking, but then when I turned it to the other positions they all worked as they should except in the off position. Put this relay in and it fixed it all. Wipers works perfectly and the wipers turn off.

Completely different than the stock relay internally. Intermittent speeds do not function. I now just have 3 set speed options

Caused my wipers to stay on constantly, I cleaned a relay contact on my old relay and put it back in, works fine now, this one was a dud.
