1.Open the clip on the side
2.Slid the 10mm 4pin LED light strip inside the clip underneath the contact prongs, if not 10mm 4 pin, it can't insert sucessfully
3.Make sure the side of the strip aligns with the "+ -" polarity, Then, close the wire clip

I bought 2 strips of LED lights for our TVs and I really wish I had known about these before I set up the first. Included in photos is how the first is set up with bulging wiring at the corners that is noticeable as it starts to peel throughout the day. The other is our other TV that I did after researching a bit and ordering these. They are easy to use. I do have experience with wiring but not with small electronic flexible circuits and these were straight forward and simple. Even with the offset 3 pin 10mm Monster uses, using a 4 pin 10mm allowed contact with a blank space and they work flawlessly. No issues with colors. I do wish they came in black to blend in with things like tvs but if you hide them well you can't even see them from the front. Excellent and helpful for running led wiring around odd bends as they do have a little flex themselves but remain flat. Will definitely be giving our other tv the 90° treatment soon.

These L brackets worked great with my Govee RBG lights. I pike them because they are easy to understand but it can be hard getting the clips to open. Very good product and I would buy again.

At first I did not understand how the connectors worked. I thought the strip laid on top of the connector and you closed it. That is WRONG. After rubbing the sticky off the bottom carefully you SLIDE the end into the plastic channel on each side and then carefully wiggle it to go UNDER the prongs. My pictures show that progression. Hope it helps someone. These worked well with my Govee lights that I accidentally tore when finishing up my project. Going to use a new set of lights for that and these fixed lights for some other project where I can fasten them some other way since now less sticky from pulling them off. Good luck!

You must remove all of the adhesive from the end of the strip of lights where you are going to attach. Once you insert the strip into the connector you will have to adjust / push /pull / twist to actually make the lights work. You must be very careful not to stick the end of the lights you are working with or the connector to the wall or ceiling because you may need to adjust. When you get the lights working and you try to stick the connector to the wall or ceiling they will stop working correctly and you will have to re adjust. Once you lock the cover in place and it is stuck to the wall or ceiling it is nearly impossible to reopen to adjust the connections because it is touching the surface it is adhered to. You will be working in a corner of course so it is a challenge at best. In the end I started to measure the lights and install the corner connectors before I attached the lights to the wall and that made it better to work with. I did a bedroom with 12 corners in all and it took about 4 hours. Be very careful when you cut the light tape and be certain you cut exactly in the center of the cut point. The connectors do not allow for any error in the cut. If you struggle with this you can cut the lights and leave as much of the connector exposed as possible. You will need to skip to the next cut point and just throw the three or four lights section you removed away. This will allow you the full length to connect in the connector instead of half of the length. I will try to get some pictures to explain later.

I recently purchased the JACKYLED L Shape 4-Pin LED Connectors 10-Pack with 22Pcs Clips 10mm for Strip Lights, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the product.Firstly, the quality of these connectors is subpar at best. Upon receiving them, I immediately noticed flimsy construction and cheap materials. The connectors felt fragile and easily breakable, which is a huge concern considering they're meant to secure and maintain connections for strip lights.The design of these connectors is also a significant issue. They are cumbersome to work with and don't provide a secure connection for the strip lights. The clips included in the pack are not sturdy enough to hold the strips in place, leading to constant disconnections and interruptions in the lighting system.Furthermore, the 4-pin design seems flawed, as it often resulted in poor connectivity. I experienced frequent flickering or complete failure of the lights due to inconsistent contact between the strips and connectors.To add to the frustration, the package lacked clear instructions, making it challenging for even someone with experience in LED installations to figure out the proper way to use these connectors effectively.Considering the price point, the quality and functionality of these connectors are far below acceptable standards. I expected a reliable solution for connecting LED strip lights, but JACKYLED's product failed miserably in delivering that.Overall, I would strongly advise against purchasing the JACKYLED L Shape 4-Pin LED Connectors 10-Pack with 22Pcs Clips 10mm for Strip Lights. They are a waste of money and effort, offering poor quality, unreliable connections, and a frustrating installation experience.

Needed corners for my LED installation and these worked perfectly. After viewing many installation videos it is not recommended to “ribbon twist†the LED Strips to obtain a 90 degree corner due to light strip heat buildup. These not only eliminated that heat problem but provide a nicer looking installation and are very easy to use.Note: I installed the TP-LINK TAPO L900 LED light strips. They tell you that you can cut the LED strip to any length but you can not reuse or reattach the LED section you have cut off. After thorough research and testing, you can reconnect the end you have cut off using these connectors (or soldering) them back together with very little to no impact to the reconnected light string. There will be arguments about “loss of warranty†for reconnecting them but, for the price, I don’t see that as an issue.HOWEVER, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EXTEND THE LED STRIP BEYOND THE LENGTH OF THE REEL CONTENTS AS SHIPPED. NOTICEABLE DEGRADATION OF LIGHT AT THE END OF THE LED STRING ADDED WILL RESULT.

Does it’s job....sometimes... some of the connectors completely change the colour of the strips - due to connected problems - had to keep changing connectorsBut it’s cheap and comes in large quantities so...kinda happy with it
