Our neighbors gave us theirs that they no longer used. We actually never heard of one. We have 2 kids and wanted a second one. We take this along camping and there are a lot of hills and dirt roads. This is so great for kids to get around with. It is comfortable, it was easy to put together. It charges quickly and can hold my husband or myself. We love the storage container and the cup holder is so convenient. This was the best price we found. It moves well, easy to turn and navigate hills and the battery lasts for a long time.

I’m very happy with this scooter. I’m a big researcher on everything. I found that this was a well built scooter. It has a size limit for adults, but I also found out that it will hold my weight, and I’m 247 pounds. I’m am so satisfied and once I tested all the features, I’m happy with my choice. Battery lasted about 2 hours of continuous driving, plenty of power to tackle up hills. All I can say is I definitely recommend for anyone who wants a quality scooter.

Battery life8. Compact9. Feels better to sit than stand for a long time with a regular e-scooters10. Perfect "adult toy" if you have knee/back issues11. Loud Horn/ brake/ headlight includedCons:1. Depending on your size, if your lighter you'll probably get the max range of 20 mph/range/speedFor me 17-18 mph max, haven't used it till the battery drained but assuming I can get 15 mph in range max2. Seat is uncomfortable after riding awhile, Gonna eventually switch out3. Wish the LCD Monitor gave you the option to control your speed like the other brand E-Scooters(I also owned a Caroma E-scooter and it has the option to control your speed)4. So far where I have traveled, I just take it inside with me but also purchased a lock just in case, Doesn't feature an anti-theft option so either take it with you inside if you can or make sure you secure it!5 I guess its normal but it does take 5-6 hrs to charge fullybut overall for a basic, budget scooter, if your not needing all the "bells and whistles" that sum more expensive e- scooters offer, its a cool lil e- scooter!

We use them to ride around the baseball park at our grandsons game. Work great. Perfect speed. Easy assembly. We did order a more comfortable set. Easily changed out.

The scooter may be fine but as long as you have all the parts and nothing goes wrong. One small missing part turned into 10 days of back and forth with the seller and Amazon and solving nothing. Since I refused to spend another $90 in shipping to return it because I don’t want to waste another minute dealing with this company I am left with a perfectly good scooter with rigged and unsafe handle bars because of one little piece that I don’t even know what it looks like because it doesn’t show it in the manual or the video. They compensated us $15 in the end for the vital piece they forgot to throw in to the bottom of the box because they are too lazy to mail it out to me. So Careless and disappointing.

I have driven to University and the gym from home, which is about a 7 minutes ride, and would be 25-30 minutes on foot. It also works just fine under the rain. These rides have saved me a lot of time during this finals week at UC Berkeley, and needless to say they can be charged at any facility with an outlet, so you don't even have to charge it at home if your workplace or university's buildings let you use the outlets (as long as it's safe from thieves ofc).

Would have given 5 stars if listing was accurate about speed. It only goes 16-17 mph. Not a big deal but still would like some truth here. The performance of the scooter is actually quite nice. It's a smooth ride, fun, and can get over small bumps easily. The battery life is also a little questionable as it most certainly isn't a 20 mile charge. It is however perfect for a small town/city. The charge lasts a good bit but not enough for the range stated. Assembling this was a bit challenging at first but after a few minutes it was easy. Overall, this is a great scooter to get started with if you are new to this hobby. Perfect for running to the grocery store or to get to work. I highly suggest it.
