This lamp was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. I bought it on cyber Monday and saved a lot of money. I was a little nervous that it wasn’t going to be worth it or it would be a cheap gift but it’s wonderful! It was a steal deal for something that he adores. It really looks like little jelly fish swimming in a tank. It’s actually very soothing. The colors are beautiful. It lights up and is so soft and comforting. I would definitely recommend this product.

Update: Not only did the seller reach out, but they also sent a replacement and even sent a little lamp/light thing as well as a gesture of good faith. The new one has been working since 24 hours after arrival (per the instructions). It seems to be going fine now. The extra little light is kind of neat and my son likes it, he was happy for the replacement and the light. Uses them both regularly.As mentioned in my original review, the concept is cool, it looks really neat and is totally worth having so long as it keeps working. I think I may have just been unlucky and gotten the bad unit by chance because so far, the new unit has been working as expected.I will change my rating to 4 stars to take into account the experience. But so far, I think they made up for the hiccup and I have a working product.It was not long after my review was approved before they contacted me, I gave them my info and the replacement was here pretty quickly after that. Not too shabby if you ask me, decent customer service.If there are no additional problems, like short lifespan, I would recommend it.Begin Original Review:Got this as one of my son's Christmas gifts. Just a few minutes ago it was revealed to me that it is already no longer working! That means that this product, that claims to be a night light, that was opened only just hours ago, is now no longer working. Oh, did I mention it was one of my son's presents? That means he is also very disappointed about this, obvs.The lights still work, the fan or whatever it is has stopped working. They no longer move or anything.Amazing idea... But....(Please Read Update Above) Big Fat NO! I do not recommend this product.

Ok, first of all, NONE of the reviews on this page are for the product that I purchased which is pictured/described on this page. (Jellyfish lava lamp). Very shady.Second, I have to add water myself to the "jellyfish lava lamp", Seriously? Why is it called a "lava lamp" if I have to put water in it? Also, the jellyfish do not look realistic at all.What a ripoff.Do not buy.

Smaller than I thought but very pretty and relaxing to watch. I got it for my son with autism and he seems to like it.

The water needs to be changed every 3-4 days. Gets real cloudy fast. I love watching the jelly fish swing, very relaxing.
