I really like these. I bought one to replace an older one in my house and after I got it, I decided to replace the rest of my detectors as well with these since I liked them better and ordered a few more. These work great. I've had the one for about a yr and the others for a few months and the batteries that came with are still working well. Very easy to put up and I love the magnet option and used it to hang them up. They are smaller than my old ones and work just as good and the alarm works great. Overall I like these better than any I've had in the past and the price is great.

The Chinese not for retail sale battery that was included with purchase lasted about 3 hours before alarm chirped indicating low battery power. After replacing it with a name brand battery this smoke detector seems to be working properly. It is much smaller than I expected which is actually nice.. Luckily I mounted the alarm outside the bedroom door because the momentary red flashing ring light indicating detector is operating properly is a bit bright. Installation was quite easy with good double sided tapes and strong magnets. Detector, attached by magnets, comes off wall easily to change battery.

This smoke detector works well and is compact. Easy to install on wall or ceiling. Comes with necessary hardware .

If you use the adhesive method to install these smoke alarms instead of the screws and anchors, they become so much easier to place on your walls or ceiling. I put up 4 units in 15 minutes starting from scratch. The alarms are also very loud.

I’ve had these fire alarms for just over a year. The batteries don’t last 10 years as stated. The alarm kept going off. Had to replace both the batteries in them. I hate the noise the alarms make when replacing the batteries so I assumed when I bought something that states that the battery last 10 years I was happy. But sure enough the alarms kept ringing and I had to replace all the batteries.

These detectors were very easy to install. 2 screws. Also had magnets that secured the detector. Very loud alert for larger homes. Well made.
