Jin&Bao garage door weather seal kit detailed operating instructions：
1.Remove old seal and track：Remove the old seal and track from the garage door bottom.Clean the bottom edge of the garage door to ensure a clean surface for the new seal.
2.Install the aluminum track：Measure and cut the aluminum track to fit your garage door width. Attach it to the bottom edge of the door using Screws and a drill.
3.Install the weatherstrip seal：With two people, one pulling and the other guiding, feed the seal through the track from one end to the other.
4.Adjust door limits and inspect：Adjust the garage door's upper limit if necessary and check the installation.
Helpful Tips:
1.You can use a heat gun to soften the seal and help the folds regain their shape.
2.Recommended for use on steel or wood roll-up doors.
3.For steel roll-up doors, the bottom of the garage door needs to be in a flat state to fit this seal.

Combined this replacement door seal with a Jin&Bao Garage Door Threshold seal to solve an annoying water intrusion situation during heavy rain. The previous seal was very thin and didn't have the extra inner core like this one. It really seems to hold up well to the task. Combined with the threshold, previous gaps are filled in and the garage door has never sealed better. Easy to install the aluminum rails by yourself but it helps to have another person with one pulling the seal through and the other feeding into the channel. Very happy with this purchase.

It has a little extra channel and rubber so you can customize. Has Pre drilled holes in the aluminum channel. Had to adjust the down stop on the garage door opener because the new rubber was a little thicker than my old one. Seals well.

This worked perfectly, easy to install. When installing take your time. You will need a drill, 5/32 drill bit, Phillips screwdriver.

easy to install, need to feed rubber by sections, first by placing frame and immediately feeding rubber part into it

The track is good quality and sturdy. Tge rubber seal took some time to get it to slide using soapy water and two people to make sure it didn't slip off the track. That made the installation longer than what I would consider a reasonable time. Took 30 minutes vs probably 10 minutes to get it to fit. I woukd say maybe let it sit under the sun for 30 minutes or so before installing the rubber.

Install went great, very easy. Only problem was it is shipped rolled and folded. Laid it out in the driveway but it didn't unwrinkle, day was 55 and sunny. Has to use a blow dryer to unwrinkle it.
