My wife and I were at dinner with some octogenarian friends when one mentioned the product which I had never heard of. Her mother had used it to make quick pudding like desserts for the family back in the day. She hadn’t been able to find it so of course I searched Amazon and there it was and at a reasonable price. I immediately made the first listed recipe (the box of tablets has a great little foldout paper with lots of recipes!) and within an hour or so I tasted my first milk pudding. Easy to make but make sure you have a good thermometer or a great knack for what lukewarm milk means!I highly recommend the product.

These were a waste of my money. They did not do what they were suppose to. I was trying to make cheese which I have done many times before using Junket tablets. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Directions read like it will be difficult to make but actually it was kind of fun. I made it for my partner for his birthday because he had fond memories of his mother making it for him. I never had it before and honestly don’t like it but it made him so happy. I ate one dish of the pudding and he ate the other 6 or 7 servings. I made several more batches for him to enjoy.

I make my own Feta as I am not fond of growth hormone cheese. These work very well. They disappeared from stores( it used to be around 2 dollars in the jell-o section) .I heat the milk to about 90F, add some kefir, mix it in, wait an hour then mix in VERY well ( mix more than you think is necessary) a half a tablet disolved in about 6 oz water.Within 1-2 hours the milk is curdled and ready to cut. I have had very consistent results, no failures.The box has nice instructions how to make cheese as well.
