This is a Chinese manufactured US split phase electrical subpanel. I needed a 30 Amp single phase (120V) receptacle. I also wanted a 50 Amp 2 phase outlet (240V) for charging an electric vehicle. I normally go to the local home supply store but assembling a subpanel like this would cost more time and money than ordering one on Amazon. This panel also has two standard 15 Amp outlets for power tools or bouncy castles or whatever, nice bonus. And every outlet is breakered! It'd take me over an hour to assemble this myself. And cost twice as much.The concern is always the build quality of unfamiliar Chinese brands, which can vary quite a bit. I'm glad to say this is great quality. The enclosure is solid steel with a heavy duty coating that looks like it will stand up to the elements. My favorite part was the wiring on the inside. It's thick gauge and run right and tight. I ran a 50 Amp 4 conductor cable inside conduit, the terminal blocks are heavy duty and every wire landed easily.A complaint I have is the terminal screws have 3 different heads: flat, Philips, and square drive. Just pick one and make them all the same please. Not flat head, flat head is the worst. My other complaint would be that getting the face plate back on was hard because it was too tight around the breakers. It was a breeze to install with 2 friends; 1 to hold the box, the other to supervise. Great value, looks tough, great features, and it saved me a lot of time.

Just installed this unit yesterday and I am very happy with it. As another reviewer said, I could not build this for this price. My advice is buy it and take note of the following:- ground and neutral require a ring terminal for 8mm hex bolt.- have an assortment of hex bits for a screwdriver handy. Allen keys will make you curse.- tighten everything inside, at least 75% of my connections needed significant tightening. Some were not seated fully. happy with the quality of internal components.- knockouts worked great, no problems.- the built in breakers show red when live and green when off. but up is on and down is off so that's good. I'll have random people using this so I might just cover the color indicator or put an explainer next to it and hope people read it.Installation was a breeze but I had a 50A breaker in the panel ready to go.I'll update this review if I encounter any problems in the future. If you don't see an update, you can safely assume that it is working as advertised.I would not hesitate to buy this again.Have a great day

For the price this box is a jewel. It has a 220v 4 pin, 120v 3 pin, and a duplex 110v outlet, just like a good rv park shore power box. Plus a 220v 50/50 amp breaker, a 30 amp single, and a 20 amp single. Good deal.

The outside frame arrived bent. As a result the cover was out of line. It could not be mounted properly or used in this condition so is being returned. However, it is a nice setup with the 50amp Nema and breaker included for a reasonable price.

This is a solid box. It has one keyhole punched in the back for mounting and a second at the bottom that is partially punched that can be knocked out. There are no other holes in the back.I needed to mount this box to a concrete block wall so I drilled 4 new holes for anchors.I also wanted to feed the power from behind the box but there are no punchouts for wiring from behind. This required me to open a hole large enough to pass in the power. Not too difficult.

This was bought to have a 50 amp 120 volt RV receptacle. I really like the sturdy feel and quality materials. It included very good braided jumpers to connect the included breaker to the receptacle.My only complaint is that the instructions were only for connecting this as a 230 volt outlet, which you can do with an RV, but makes it much more dangerous to use.

Great RV panel for the money just wish it had a closure flap in the bottom for when not in use to prevent wasp and other critters from making it a home. Thats just me being picky. I did note in a review that someone stated it would not pass inspection due to the 50Hz breakers. Truthfully you should not have an issue with that if your inspector is worth their salt.Circuit breaker performance is essentially the same at 50 and 60 Hz. Heating effects due to ACfrequency only come into effect when the frequency is significantly higher. The most commonfrequency other than 50 and 60 Hz is 400 Hz. "THIS IS ABOUT BREAKERS NOT MOTORS or OTHER ELCTRICAL DEVICES" Consult with your jurisdiction having authority for certainty on the subject.
